FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Standard shipping is 5–7 business days and free on orders over $120. Express (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for $12. Most orders leave the vault within 1–2 business days.

Free 30-day returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Email us your order number and we'll send you a prepaid label. Limited collab pieces are final sale (clearly marked).

Every product page has a size guide with measurements and a fit note. Footwear runs true to size; if you're between, size up half. Still unsure? Email us your usual size and we'll point you right.

Your confirmation email holds a private link to your order — open it any time for the latest status. The tracking number lands in the same inbox the moment your pieces leave the vault.
